Chapter of the Year Contest
The High School Foreign Service Association’s “Chapter of the Year” contest is intended to encourage a spirit of friendly competition between chapters, stimulating them to maximize their efforts in bringing knowledge to their members. The following are the official guidelines for the contest as well as recommendations on how to increase one’s chances of victory.
